About Ana

Ana Cristina is a Certified Trauma-informed Yoga and Meditation instructor, Spiritual Coach, Reiki Master, gifted facilitator in the areas of Ancestral Healing and Soulcraft; and a human rights, environmental, and conservation activist.

Since 2018, she’s been teaching Mindfulness at Homeboy Industries in East LA and since 2021 teaching yoga and meditation at CA State Prison in Lancaster through Prison Yoga + Meditation. You can also find her at AZIAM yoga studio in Santa Monica and in the summers teaching outdoors at Temescal Canyon in the Santa Mountains.

Her activist work includes supporting the Anne K. Taylor Fund, Care for Wild, Elephant Nature Park, Over and Above Africa, and Ulinzi Africa Foundation.

She also has a passion for gardening, travel, culture, language; hiking, camping, rewilding; and cooking a variety of cuisines.

Ana resides on the unceded land of the Tongva (Gabrieleno) in Los Angeles with her cat Nuno.
